Screening motor vehicle records helps detect unsafe driving practices for an employee who will be driving for the company, including trucking, delivery, using company vehicles, or operating machinery.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Search

The MVR search reports statewide driving records including:

• Commercial Driver's License status (CDL) for at least 3 years, oftentimes up to 7 years or more 
• Insurance lapses
• License suspensions
• Revocations
• Accidents
• Traffic violations
• Unpaid or unanswered summons

The MVR report can also report Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
